Englands senior team might have been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons recently, but the Under-17s showed the future might be bright by thumping Germany 8-1 on Monday. Among the scorers in the Croatia Cup rout were Liverpools Rhian Brewster, Chelseas George McEachran, Phil Foden of Manchester City and Manchester Uniteds Angel Gomes.Heres a look at all the players involved in the match for England... He has scored goals from midfield for England U16s and netted for City U18s in wins against Liverpool and Manchester United this season. Gomes was signed by United as a 13-year-old and made his U18 debut a year later. He is an attacking midfielder with good close control and dribbling skills. He also scored an impressive solo goal as England U17s beat Croatia 5-0 in their first game of the Croatia Cup.
